Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We welcome both individual and business customers. Most products on Golaa.com.my are available from just 1 carton.

Can I buy less than one carton?

Most products on Golaa.com.my are sold by carton. If you require smaller quantities or individual packs, selected products are available through our official Golaa Store on Shopee and Lazada.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and complete your purchase through our secure online checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not been processed or shipped, you may cancel or modify it through your account. If you require assistance, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Can I place an order via WhatsApp?

Yes. If you need product recommendations, product information, or a quotation, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp. Our team will be happy to assist you.

🚚 Delivery :

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. We offer same-day delivery within Klang Valley for orders placed before 11:00 AM, subject to stock availability.

What happens if I place my order after 11:00 AM?

Orders placed after 11:00 AM, or on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, will be delivered on the next working day.

Do you ship throughout Malaysia?

Yes. We ship throughout West Malaysia and East Malaysia. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and selected shipping method.

How long does shipping take?

  • Klang Valley: Same-day delivery (orders placed before 11:00 AM) or the next working day.

  • West Malaysia: Typically 2–7 working days.

  • East Malaysia: Typically 7–14 working days.

Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

🏬 Self Pickup :

Where is your pickup location?

Our self-pickup location is in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for the full address, business hours, and directions.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Simply wait until you receive a notification confirming that your order is ready for pickup before visiting our store.

How long will you keep my order?

Orders are normally held for 7 days after the pickup notification. Please contact us if you require additional time.

 

🔄 Warranty & Returns :

What is your warranty and return policy?

Eligible products may be exchanged if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or meet the conditions stated in our Product Warranty policy.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Can I return a product if I ordered the wrong item?

Products ordered incorrectly by the customer are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise stated in our Product Warranty policy.
